ParticipantWindow & Safety Compliance
Strict guidelines for all Strata buildings dictate the compliance of window safety within NSW. Our team will work with you to ensure that window safety and compliance in your property is taken care of.
We will ensure that you meet your requirements when it comes to the length of your window opening all the way through to installing window safety locks and devices where required.
All strata buildings in NSW must not have a window opening at more than 12.5cm. This applies to openable windows that are two meters above the ground and within 1.7 meters inside.
Window safety locks or devices can be installed to ensure the opening is no greater than the legal requirement.
